The Site describes AOS7 and its services. Nothing on the Site is an offer, commitment, or binding proposal, and the content does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or technical advice. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.
Services are governed separately
AOS7's products and services are provided to business customers under separate written agreements. Those agreements — not these Terms — govern the provision and use of the services, including any service levels, data processing terms, fees, and support commitments. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls with respect to the services.
Intellectual property
The Site and its contents — including text, graphics, layout, logos, marks, and code — are owned by AOS7 or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own internal, non-commercial reference. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission. "AOS7" and the AOS7 logo are marks of AOS7 INC.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:

The Site may link to third-party websites or resources. We do not control them, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Your use of a third-party site is governed by that site's own terms and privacy policy.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or that any information on it is accurate, complete, or current.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AOS7 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the Site, regardless of the theory of liability and even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Suffolk County, New York have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and we will revise the "last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and AOS7 regarding the Site. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
