Information we collect
The Site is a static informational website. It does not use cookies, advertising pixels, analytics trackers, or browser storage, and it does not host any forms or accounts. We collect information in only two ways:
- Information you send us directly. If you email us — including through the contact links on the Site — we receive your email address, your name if you provide it, and whatever you choose to include in your message.
- Standard server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records technical request data such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamp. This is generated by the hosting infrastructure for security and reliability purposes and is not used by us to build profiles of visitors.
How we use information
We use the information described above only to:
- respond to your inquiry and correspond with you about it;
- provide, secure, and maintain the Site;
- comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of vendors to operate — for example website hosting and business email. These providers process information only to deliver services to us, under contractual confidentiality and security obligations. We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Platform and messaging services
AOS7 also provides restaurant technology services to business customers under separate agreements. Where AOS7 processes data on behalf of a business customer, that customer controls the data and its own privacy notice governs; AOS7 acts as a service provider and processes the data only on that customer's instructions.
Where our services include text messaging, mobile phone numbers and consent records collected for messaging are never sold, and are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Consent to receive messages is collected from the individual and is not transferred between businesses.
Retention
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to address your inquiry and to maintain ordinary business records, then delete it or retain it only as required by law. Hosting logs are retained on our provider's standard schedule.
Your choices and rights
You may contact us at hello@aos7.ai to ask what information we hold about you, to request correction or deletion, or to ask that we stop contacting you. Depending on where you live — including residents of California and other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws — you may have additional rights to access, delete, correct, or opt out of certain processing. We honor these requests regardless of whether a specific law applies to you, and we will not discriminate against you for making one.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the limited information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
International visitors
AOS7 operates in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., understand that any information you send us will be processed in the United States.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above.
